Wakey
Beat a mini-game. Stop the alarm.
Coming soon · Android first

What it does
- An alarm you can't swipe away
- It takes over the screen at full volume and keeps ringing if you close the app or restart the phone. There is no snooze button.
- One minute, one game
- Each morning you get a short mini-game. Beat it and the alarm stops.
- Difficulty that fits you
- Pick easy, normal or hard, or let Wakey choose for you.
- A check that you're really up
- A few minutes after the alarm stops, Wakey checks that you didn't fall back asleep.
- Streaks that are yours
- Count the mornings you got up on time and share the day's result if you want to.
Why we're making it
Most alarms ask you to be awake enough to turn them off. Wakey asks you to be awake enough to win a small game, and then it stops.
The games are short on purpose. A minute is long enough to get your brain moving and short enough that you will not resent it. Everything else about the app is there to make that minute reliable: the alarm that keeps ringing, the check afterwards, the streak that quietly counts.
What it does with your data
Wakey's full privacy details will be published on this page before the app is released, written against the version that ships.
